Tuesday Treasure Tips
Follow Your Curiosity
Before you decide what today’s project should become, take a moment to look through your papers.
Notice where you linger.
Maybe you love a small flower tucked into a border. Try framing it with a scrap. Maybe a printed doorway makes you wonder what could be hidden behind a flap.
Follow one of those thoughts far enough to try it with paper. Fold something. Move something. Make a small sample.
You may discover a new idea, or simply learn that you liked the flower better on its own.
Either way, you’ve spent a little time discovering what appeals to you. That’s useful creative work, too.
Try This Today
Find one detail in a printed page that catches your attention. Make a small tag around it, choosing each new piece by asking, “What would I like to try beside this?”
